如何参加?

1.购买任何 Nutrigold 咖啡，白咖啡，巧克力饮品或麦片产品RM 10 或以上。

(每张正式收据=1次参赛资格。)

 

2.开启你的WhatsApp应用程序, 上传收据照片及输入姓名, 身份证号码与正式收据号码,发送至019-5789038。(主办单位会在1至3个工作日回复Whatsapp信息。)

  • 照片必须清楚出示店名，日期，正式收据的号码，所购买的NutriGold产品以及其总额。任何被打褶的收据将不受理。
  • 所有照片必须符合最低视觉品质的标准。如果照片影像被混色破坏，而且呈现粗糙、模糊、感光过度、压缩失真及其他明显的降解现象，一律不受处理，参赛资格将被取消。

 

3.保留正式收据作为审核用途。

 

条件与规则

（1）主办单位与资格

  • Nutrigold Holiday Bonanza 2019是由金叶贸易有限公司主办（“主办单位”）。
  • 这项竞赛将从2018年1月15日12时 01分开始，直到2018年3月15日晚上11时59分（“竞赛期限”）。主办单位有权在不另行通知任何一方之下，在任何时候自行更改竞赛期限。除非主办单位另有说明，否则参加此竞赛都须符合在此注明持续有效的条件与规则。在竞赛期限以外报名的人士，其参赛资格将自动被取消。
  • 参赛者可以呈上多份参赛资料。主办单位接收的参赛资料将依据参赛者呈上的收据数量。每1张符合资格的收据相等于1份参赛资格。
  • 所有被选定的得奖者将通过电话联系并要求正确地回答问题以认证为合格的得奖者。如果被选定的得奖者无法联系或未能正确回答问题，主办单位有权取消其参赛资格的权利。主办单位可全权决定每位得奖者赢获的奖品。每位得奖者仅可在每次抽奖中得到一份奖品。

  • 所有参赛资料必须在竞赛期间通过WhatsApp应用程序或者Holiday Bonanza 网页呈上并由主办单位接收。大奖抽奖的得奖名单将在2019年4月25日，通过以下方式公布:-

（i）WhatsApp

（iii）Facebook NutriGold Malaysia官方帐户

  • 所有得奖者将接获电话通知以安排领奖，同时必须符合以下条规:-

（i）所有得奖者必须出示已发出的照片作为此项竞赛的购物证据，此外必须连同一张身份证副本作为领奖时的审核用途，否则赢奖资格将被取消。

（ii）得奖者必须在接获通知起的30天内到主办单位办事处领奖，逾期作废。

  • 主办单位有权在不另行通知下，随时自行更换参赛条款或任何奖品以其他同等价格的奖品。所有奖品以现状方式颁发，不能以其他奖品代替或者出售领取现金、信贷、其他物品或者礼券（不管是部分或者全部），而且不能转让给他人。
  • 合格的参赛者及/或所有得奖者，若在这项竞赛中使用有关奖品及/或领取奖品时遭遇受伤、损坏或涉及索偿事件，必须自己负上全责。所有交通费、住宿费、个人费用及/或其他费用及/或在参加此竞赛时涉及的开销及/或兑换奖品时所需的费用，必须全由合格的参赛者及得奖者支付。
  • 若发现任何人士篡改参赛或竞赛流程或对竞赛条件与规则作出违法行为或蓄意违法，主办单位有绝对的权力取消对方的参赛资格。
  • 主办单位对遴选出的得奖人成绩乃是最终的决定，而且已锁定胜局。任何书函或异议恕不受理。
  • 主办单位、相关的企业或其附属公司、其代理及其与这项竞赛相关的企业将不会受理参赛者任何因这项竞赛而引起的所有义务，而且也不会对这项竞赛、奖品兑换或使用时而引起的损失（包括无限的损失、间接的损失、特定损失或因某个结果导致的损失或利润的损失）、消费、损坏、人身伤害或所经历的死亡（不管是由个人疏忽引起与否）负责或作出回应，除了所有无法在法律（有关义务是在最低程度上获法律批准）上避免的义务。
  • 这项竞赛仅可让18岁或以上的顾客参与。
    • 以下人士不符合资格参赛:-

（i）主办单位的员工（包括准员工及/或相关的公司）及他们的直属家人（孩子、父母、兄弟姐妹及他们的配偶）；及/或

（ii）主办单位的代表、员工及/或广告代理及/或促销服务协调人员（包括准员工及/或相关的公司）或代理及直属家人（孩子、父母、兄弟姐妹及他们的配偶）。

  • 此竞赛仅供于马来西亚人民参与，并且只在马来西亚内举办而已。所有其他国家的参与表格皆不受理。
  • 参加此竞赛的所有合格参赛者同意维护、承担损失及确保主办单位免于犯规而被罚款、被索偿、面临损失、破坏及破费，包括承担可能因为这项竞赛而导致必须缴付的合理律师费。
  • 所有参赛者资料将成为主办单位的产物，合格的参赛者无权索讨、使用或利用该参赛表格在任何时间、以任何方式在其他用途上。参加此竞赛后，每一位合格的参赛者必须同意主办单位在没有缴付合格参赛者任何费用或没有另行通知下，发布及/或使用合格的参赛者及/或所有得奖者的姓名及/或照片作为广告及/或宣传用途。同时在参加此竞赛，合格的参赛者及/或所有得奖者必须脱离所有他们在这项竞赛呈上的照片的所有权力。合格的参赛者无权索讨或以其他争取的方式取回相关物件。
  • 每一位参加这项竞赛的合格参赛者被视为已详阅、了解并完全同意所有这项竞赛的条件与规则（包括它们或将于何时被改动或改变）。主办单位有权因为法律、技术或商业上所需而修改竞赛的条件与规则，所有修改后的条件与规则一旦公布于竞赛网站后即马上生效。请随时详阅此条件与规则，从而了解它们有被修改与否。
  • 一旦这项竞赛无法如期进行、因为技术或损坏问题，包括但不限于如被电脑病毒侵袭、出现漏洞、被干扰、未经授权的干预、被欺诈、技术发生故障或者即使主办单位已尽力捍卫但仍在控制范围以外，主办单位有权修改、吊销或取消这项竞赛。
  • 参加这项竞赛的每一位合格的参赛者已同意详阅并了解此条件与规则。
  • 参加此竞赛的所有得奖者同意主办单位使用他们的个人资料来运作竞赛事宜及以任何形式或通过任何媒介使用于竞赛的任何活动或宣传。

 

 

How to participate?

  1. Buy any Nutrigold coffee, white coffee, chocolate drink and/or oatmeal products for RM 10 or above. (Each single official receipt with Nutrigold products purchased for minimum RM10 = 1 entry qualification.)
  2. Open your Whatsapp application, upload your receipt photo(s) and enter your name, your ID number and your official receipt number and send to 019-5789038.
    (The organizer will reply to Whatsapp message(s) within 1-3 working days.)The photo must be clearly presented with the name of the store/outlet, the date, the official receipt number, the NutriGold products purchased, and the total amount paid for Nutrigold products. Any pleated receipt will not be accepted.
    *All photos must meet the minimum visual quality standards. If the photo image has color damage, and showed rough, fuzzy, compression distortion and other obvious degradation, the eligibility will be cancelled.
  3. Keep official receipt for audit purposes.

 

Terms & Conditions

  • Nutrigold Holiday Bonanza 2019 campaign is organized by Gold Leaf Marketing Sdn Bhd. (“Organizer”).
  • This campaign will run from 12:01 on January 15, 2018 until 11:59 pm on March 15, 2018 (“Campaign Period”). The organizer reserves the right to alter the campaign period at any time without notice to any party. Unless otherwise stated by the Organizer, participation in this campaign must be subject to the conditions and rules stated here in effect. Those who did not submit within the campaign period will be automatically disqualified.
  • Participants can submit multiple entries. The Organizer will accept entries based on the number of receipts submitted by the participants. Each submission with qualified receipt is equivalent to 1 entry.
  • All selected participants will be contacted by phone and once, they have fulfilled our verification process, they will be qualified as winners. If the selected participants are unable to be contacted or do not meet our verification process, the Organizer reserves the right to cancel the qualification. The organizer may decide at its sole discretion the prizes won by each winner. Each winner can only get one prize per draw.

  • All entries must be submitted through the WhatsApp application or Holiday Bonanza site during the campaign period and received by the Organizer. Winners of the Grand Prize Draw will be announced on 25th April 2019 through:

  • All winners will be notified by phone to arrange for the receipt of award, and must comply with the following rules: –

(a) All winners must present their photographs as proof of purchase for this campaign. In addition, a photocopy of their ID card must be used for the audit purposes at the time of award. Otherwise, the winner will be disqualified.

(b) The winner must receive the award from the organizer’s office within 30 days after receiving the notification, failing which Organizer will deem the recipient wishes to forfeit the prize. Notification via phone and SMS based on the given number in the entry will be considered as proof of notification.

  • The Organizer reserves the right to change the Terms of Participation or any other prizes at any other price at any time without prior notice. All prizes are presented in the status quo and cannot be replaced or sold by other prizes for cash, credit, other items or gift vouchers, either in part or in whole, and not transferable to others.
  • Qualified participants and / or all winners must be solely responsible for any injuries, damages or claims that may arise when using the prizes and / or receiving prizes in this campaign. All cost of transportation, lodging, personal and / or other expenses and / or expenses involved in participating in this campaign and / or the cost of prize redemption shall be the sole responsibility of and borne by all eligible participants and winners.
  • Organizers have the absolute right to disqualify a participant if it finds any person who has altered the entry or campaign process or has committed any unlawful or illegal act including breach of campaign conditions and rules.
  • The Organizer has the final decision on the winners and/or outcome of the Draw. Any appeal or objection will not be accepted or entertained.
  • The Organizer, its Affiliates, their agents and their affiliates will not have any obligations to the participants arising out of the campaign and will not contest the Draw, the Prize CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, LOSS, LOST PROFITS, LOST PROFITS), CONSUMPTION, DAMAGE, PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH THROUGH, WHETHER IN AN ACCOUNTED BY, Is responsible or responds, except for all obligations that cannot be avoided by law (the obligation is to be least legally approved).
  • The campaign is open only to customers with 18 years old and above to participate.

The following persons are not eligible to compete: –

   (a) the staff of the Organizer (including prospective employees and / or related companies) and their immediate families (children, parents, siblings and their spouses); and / or

   (b) representatives, employees and / or advertising agents and / or promotional services coordinators (including prospective employees and / or related companies) and immediate family members (children, parents, siblings and their spouses) of the Organizer.

This contest is open to Malaysian citizens and Permanent Residents only and applicable to Nutrigold purchases made in Malaysia nationwide. All entries from other countries and/or its resident will not be accepted and shall be rejected as disqualified.

  • All participants’ information will be the product of the organizer. After participating in this campaign, each qualified participant must agree that the organizer will publish and / or use the names of eligible participants and / or all winners without payment of any fees from eligible participants and without prior notice including use of photos, image and names for advertising and / or promotional purposes. At the same time by participating in this campaign, all eligible participants and / or all winners agree to transfer their rights in the photos they presented on this campaign to the Organizer.

Hence, all winners who participate in this campaign agree that the organizers may use their personal data to operate and/or promote the campaign as well as any event or promotion that may be used in the campaign in any way or through any medium.

Qualified entrants have no right to claim or receive any benefits in any other way.

  • Each eligible participant in this campaign is considered to have read, understood and fully agreed to the conditions and rules (including or when they will be changed or changed) for all such contests. The organizer reserves the right to amend the conditions and rules of the campaign for legal, technical or commercial reasons.
